I love this new camera of mine, Canon SD1100IS. This camera feels real sturdy and well balanced in my hands and is made of solid construction, anodized aluminum.  It has a fast startup with acceptable shutter-lag.  A bright 2.5 inch LCD monitor that is fairly scratch resistant. It has multiple shooting modes to fit variety of situations.  The Canon SD1100IS is so easy to use with minimal need to view the owner’s manual for basic operation.  You can really just start pointing and shooting. I highly recommend this Canon SD1100IS camera.

Love this new camera of mine. (SD1100IS) It is so easy to use, has simple controls, real nice features, good battery life, durale, good low light performance, lightweight, portable, excellent image quality, bright LCD.

I had an old Canon PowerShot Digital which was a 4mp, but this new one is  soooo much better.  I just got my camera and it is the very best I Have ever used.  I would definitely buy a Canon Camera again and highly recommend it to anyone.

I wanted a new camera and knew that a Canon Powershot was the camera for me, so I purchased the SD1100IS 8.0.  Boy, is this camera something wonderful, the image quality is wonderful.  I take the SD1100IS with me everywhere where I am ready when a picture taking time arrives.  I highly recommend this camera and would purchase it again.

This camera has few buttons on the outside of the camera. Most of the controls are on the menu displayed on the  LCD.  This does not appear to be a problem.  It does seem to have some problems with low light performance and some noise at 800 ISO and above.  Overall, I really like the camera and would recommend it.
